These Terms of Service govern your use of the website operated by MLT ADVISORS, LLC ("MLT," "the Company," "the Site"), an Ohio limited liability company registered at 35 N 4th St, Ste 100, Columbus, OH 43215, United States. By browsing the Site or contacting the strongroom through it, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Informational Reference Only

The Site is a business information reference describing the Company's registered scope and contact channels. It is not a securities offering, prospectus, advisory agreement, custody arrangement, account portal, clearing facility, or payment portal. Nothing on the Site constitutes investment advice, an offer or solicitation to buy or sell securities or any financial product, or a contract, and no client-adviser relationship is created by your use of it.

2. Scope vs. Registration

The deposit wall lists categories drawn from the Company's declared business scope. The presence of a box — for example, "securities custodians" or "virtual currency trading exchange clearinghouses" — describes the scope in which the Company is registered to operate. It is not a representation of SEC, state securities, or other registrations, licenses, or current service offerings. Investment advice, custody, clearing, and dealing activities are heavily regulated; verify any firm's registration through the SEC's Investment Adviser Public Disclosure (IAPD) and FINRA BrokerCheck before engaging.

3. No Accounts, No Advice, No Payments

• The Site has no account-opening or trading function. You cannot open an account, request advice, or transmit orders here.
• The Site issues no advice, prices, recommendations, or contracts, and accepts no funds, fees, or transfers — ever.
• The strongroom never solicits investments, account details, or credentials through the Site or by unsolicited email. Any such request in our name is fraudulent.

4. Fraud-Prevention Notice

Investment impersonation is one of the most common financial scams: fake "advisory firms," "account verifications," "custody transfers," and "guaranteed returns" are standard lures. If you receive an email, message, or call claiming to be from MLT ADVISORS that requests funds, fees, account details, or credentials — do not respond and do not send anything. Forward it to connect.fatima.haddad@mltadvis.shop for verification, report it to the FTC (ReportFraud.ftc.gov), and file a tip with the SEC (sec.gov/tcr). Never act on emailed wire or account-change instructions without independent verification.

5. Accuracy of Content

We take care to keep the Site accurate, but we make no warranty that any description, figure, or category label is complete, current, or error-free. Business scope entries are presented as registered — not as live offerings, advice, or account access. We may correct, update, or remove content at any time without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site's text, layout, graphics, and visual identity are the property of MLT ADVISORS, LLC. You may browse and link to public pages. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or build derivative works from the Site's content or design without written permission — except for fair-use quotation with attribution.

7. Acceptable Use

• Do not scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the Site in a way that degrades service.
• Do not probe, attack, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its hosting.

• Do not attempt to open accounts, transmit orders, submit payment information, or request advisory services through the Site — no such channel exists here.

References to regulators (e.g., SEC, FINRA) or consumer-protection resources are informational. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, their content, or their practices.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MLT ADVISORS, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL MLT ADVISORS, LLC OR ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, INVESTMENT LOSSES, OR LOST OPPORTUNITY — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MLT ADVISORS, LLC from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any third party's rights.

12. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from the Site or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may revise these Terms at any time; the version on this page controls. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
